Wise words from an old fool

On my way to college this morning I had a bit of an anxiety attack.
I was blinded by the sun light and nearly walked into a wall
At first I thought this was because I only have one eye, and that this would the reality I had to face going forward.
Last week when I walked the same route it was sunny too and this didn’t happen to me.
I figured it was my eye sight.
Then when the panic faded a bit and clarity came back, it dawned on me that last week the position of the sun was different, and next week it would be different again.
So I panicked about something which hadn’t happened before and probably wouldn’t happen again.
Too often we panic about something that happens on a particular moment in time. This doesn’t mean that moment will last.
Whatever the situation is and regardless how long it will last,it will certainly pass.
Don’t panic but enjoy life. The real treasures are found in small things or moments.
