The Holocaust was one of the darkest chapters in human history, and as the years pass, it becomes increasingly important to preserve the stories of those who lived through it. Our project aims to honor the memory of the six million Jews and millions of others who were brutally murdered, while also ensuring that future generations understand the lessons of the Holocaust.
What We Are Doing:
We are raising funds to support the creation an education program, a documentary film- about an Austrian Jewish refugee who was going to be deported back to Austria, from Ireland in 1938 and committed suicide- also building up of a digital archive, educational program, etc.. This project will:
- Preserve Survivor Testimonies: Capture the stories of Holocaust survivors through interviews and personal artifacts, ensuring their voices are never lost to history.
- Educate Future Generations: Develop comprehensive educational materials, workshops, and events for schools and communities to raise awareness about the Holocaust and its relevance today.
- Build a Memorial: Create a lasting tribute to the victims of the Holocaust, giving families a place to mourn and reflect.
- Fight Hate and Bigotry: Promote tolerance and understanding by highlighting the consequences of prejudice and hatred.
Why This Matters:
With fewer survivors left to share their stories, we are at a critical moment. This is our last chance to document firsthand accounts before they are gone forever. By supporting this project, you are playing a crucial role in ensuring that the horrors of the Holocaust are never forgotten, and that we continue to learn from this history to build a better future.
How You Can Help:
