A Glimmer of Peace
In fields where battles once did rage,
A quiet dawn, a turning page,
Whispers of hope, a gentle breeze,
Murmur through the ancient trees.
Children’s laughter fills the air,
Dreams reborn from deep despair,
Hands once clenched in wrath and strife,
Now reach out to embrace life.
A mother’s song, a father’s cheer,
Echoes of a future clear,
Where love and kindness lead the way,
Guiding hearts to brighter days.
The scars of war, though deep and wide,
Begin to heal with time as guide,
Each step towards a future bright,
Inch by inch, we find the light.
For in each heart a beacon shines,
A hope for peace that intertwines,
With every prayer, each tender plea,
A world united, finally free.
So let us build on common ground,
Where unity and hope are found,
In every soul, let love increase,
And may we find eternal peace.
Maybe one day
